Ecoreal: Investment groups increase total assets in the fourth quarter of 2023
The Suissecore Plus and Suisseselect investment groups of the Ecoreal Investment Foundation were able to reduce their rental loss ratios in the three-month period.

The fourth quarter of 2023 was positive, explained the Ecoreal Investment Foundation when presenting the quarterly reports for its Suissecore Plus and Suisseselect investment groups.
Suissecore Plus increases assets
The total assets of the Suissecore Plus investment group, which comprises 155 properties, reportedly increased to CHF 1.349 billion, an increase of CHF 9 million. The target rental income increased compared to the same quarter of the previous year, while the rental loss rate decreased and now stands at 5.57%. The return on investment for the three-month period is estimated at 0.77%.
As far as the investment group's portfolio is concerned, Ecoreal now intends to start the design plan procedure for the development of the Bally site in Schönenwerd (SO). The former factory site of the shoe manufacturer is to be converted and densified, and new apartments are to be built on the banks of the Aare in particular.
Suisseselect yields 1.12 percent
According to Ecoreal, the total assets of the Suisseselect investment group with 40 properties increased by CHF 3 million to CHF 569 million in the reporting period. The return on investment amounted to 1.12%. According to Ecoreal, the rental loss rate has fallen compared to the previous year. It now stands at 13.02%.
The furniture retailer Conforama will cease operations in the property on Industriestrasse in Affoltern am Albis (ZH), Ecoreal announced. A suitable new tenant is now being sought together with Conforama. (ah)
