Property One opens new location in Pfäffikon
Ramon J. Kälin, the COO of the service provider, will head the branch.
Property One is opening another location in Pfäffikon (SZ) this summer. "With this step, the company is not only consolidating its presence in the Ausserschwyz region, but also underlining the importance of its regional roots," it said in a press release. The real estate service provider currently has offices in Zurich, Ascona, Zug and Basel.
The company has been managing mandates and developing real estate in the Ausserschwyz region for ten years. The services offered range from real estate development and planning to realization and marketing as well as asset management, including financing solutions and portfolio management.
Ramon J. Kälin (MRICS), COO & Member of the Executive Board of Property One, will be responsible for the new location. The branch is located at Bahnhofstrasse 1 in Pfäffikon. (aw)
