La Foncière announces capital increase
The issue in June is expected to raise CHF 100 million.
Investissements Fonciers SA, the fund management company of the La Foncière real estate fund, is planning a capital increase of around CHF 100 million. The increase will be carried out by issuing new unit certificates with subscription rights of La Foncière.
The capital increase has been announced for June 2024 and is to be carried out by the custodian bank, Cantonal Bank of Geneva. Further information will be announced with the publication of the half-year results as at March 31, 2024. (aw)
