Bonainvest aims for strong growth
A capital increase of CHF 30 million will begin this month, and the portfolio is set to expand significantly over the next few years.
Solothurn-based Bonainvest Holding AG is planning a capital increase to finance real estate projects in planning, development and construction. The issue will start on April 30, the minimum investment for new shareholders is CHF 0.5 million, and the shares are scheduled to be paid out on May 7. According to the company, the issue is expected to raise CHF 30 million. The plan is to increase the company's real estate portfolio to CHF 660 million by 2028. At the end of 2023, it was worth around CHF 356 million. According to Bonainvest, it has already acquired the land to realize the planned growth and the projects are under development or already under construction. (aw)
