UBS fund "Sima" plans 213 million issue
The portfolio is to grow through acquisitions in the cantons of Aargau and Zurich.
From May 2 to 10, UBS Switzerland AG will carry out a capital increase with subscription rights for the UBS Sima fund. "Acquisitions and construction projects in good locations in the Aargau and Zurich regions will increase the portfolio volume by a total of around CHF 213 million," UBS writes in the announcement. A large part of the issue proceeds will be used for a new residential replacement building on Zelgstrasse in Uster (investment volume approx. CHF 87 million), a new residential replacement building on Anna-Heer-Strasse in Zurich (investment volume CHF 41 million) and the acquisition of a commercial property on Industriestrasse in Oftringen (investment volume CHF 85 million). The payment and delivery of the new shares as well as the publication of the issue result are scheduled for May 17.
The fund focuses on residential and commercial properties with stable income throughout Switzerland. (aw)
