SPGI Zurich goes its own way in future
The real estate agency has announced that its collaboration with SPGI Geneva/Lausanne has been terminated. The partnership with Cushman Wakefield is also set to end this year.
SPGI Zurich and SPGI Geneva/Lausanne will end their collaboration in October 2024. SPGI Zurich announced this in a press release. "SPGI Zurich is repositioning itself and moving into the future independently and stronger," it says. The changes also affect the collaboration with Cushman & Wakefield. This will be formally dissolved and is also set to end in October 2024. "The cooperation obligations will continue to be fulfilled until October 2024", writes SPGI Zurich, and emphasizes that the changes "have no impact on current mandates, existing client relationships, the employees of SPGI Zurich and the composition of the Executive Board". SPGI speaks of "ongoing negotiations" during which no details of the direction will be disclosed.
SPGI Zurich AG is a subsidiary of the Intercity Group with offices in Zurich and Basel. The company has been the exclusive partner of the international real estate services provider Cushman & Wakefield in German-speaking Switzerland for over 25 years. (aw)
