Berninvest AG is planning the 18th capital increase for the Immo Helvetic real estate fund. It is to take place from May 13 to 21. Compared to an initial announcement at the beginning of April, the Board of Directors of the fund management company has increased the size of the issue from 300,000 to a maximum of 400,000 units. At a subscription price of CHF 191.00 net, this would correspond to an issue volume of CHF 76.4 million. The increase is being made in order to "achieve greater flexibility for the further development of Immo Helvetic", according to the statement. The proceeds are earmarked for the further expansion of the real estate portfolio. (aw)
