Seraina: SIF Living ESG aims to raise up to 60 million
The second capital increase of the fund, which focuses on emission-free real estate, will last until mid-July.
The Seraina Investment Foundation has announced the second issue for the SIF Living ESG fund. It " has been running since April 24 and is scheduled to run until July 10. The investment portfolio focuses on recently completed real estate without fossil fuels. The portfolio consists of projects created by Seraina Invest. The issue volume has been set at CHF 40 to 60 million. Seraina has set the target return on investment at 3.5 to 5.0% p.a. (aw)
