ISS Facility Services takes over Gamma Renax
Around 1,800 employees and expertise in the hotel and wellness sectors will be added to the Swiss subsidiary of the international service provider.
ISS Facility Services AG announces the complete takeover of Gamma Renax AG. The former family-owned company with 1,800 employees will operate under the ISS brand in future.
"The acquisition of Gamma Renax AG represents an important expansion of our expertise and a strengthening of our market position," says André Nauer, CEO of ISS Switzerland. Through the acquisition, ISS is gaining know-how in the area of services for hotels as well as additional expertise in hygiene management for spa and wellness areas. "Furthermore, with the FM Academy, Gamma Renax has profound expertise in training and further education in areas such as hygiene management, property maintenance and building services," writes ISS.
With the takeover, Severin Gallo, the previous owner and Managing Director of Gamma Renax, will join the Board of Directors of ISS Facility Services. (aw)
