The real estate fund Dominicé Swiss Property Fund has announced a new capital increase of around CHF 38 million for the Dominicé Swiss Property Fund (DSPF). It is scheduled to take place in June. The fresh funds are earmarked for the purchase of a residential portfolio in Geneva. According to the fund management company, part of the acquisition will be financed by a swap. Owners will receive shares in the DSPF in return for a contribution of real estate.

The fund only completed its last capital increase in April (IB reported). The funds from the last issue were used to acquire a residential portfolio in the canton of Vaud worth an estimated CHF 38 million and to reduce the fund's debt ratio.

The fund management expressly reserves the right to postpone the capital increase "depending on market developments". The fund is managed by Solutions & Funds SA from Morges. (aw)
