Fundamenta: Investment group exceeds issuance target
The "Swiss Real Estate" investment group of Fundamenta's Investment Foundation has raised CHF 107 million in a capital increase.
On July 1, the Fundamenta Group Investment Foundation completed the 6th capital raising for its "Swiss Real Estate" investment group and reported subscriptions totaling CHF 107.1 million. A target volume of CHF 50 to 75 million had been specified. According to the information provided, the group of investors has increased to 158 pension funds.
The Investment Foundation has announced that it will use the proceeds from the issue to expand its real estate portfolio and for existing and new developments that have already been approved or are under construction.
The "Swiss Real Estate" investment group focuses on direct investments in properties with residential and commercial use in Switzerland. The share of rental income from residential use amounted to 75 % at the time of the last report. (aw)
