Raiffeisen Futura plans capital increase
With its next issue, the fund intends to raise 50 million for acquisitions in portfolio investments.
The fund management company Verit Investment Management AG is planning a capital increase of around CHF 50 million for the Raiffeisen Futura Immo Fund. The issue proceeds are to be used for the further expansion of the portfolio and the development of the existing properties. "The capital increase will be carried out subject to developments on the capital market," says the Verit press release. According to the annual report, the fund increased its fund volume by 17% to just under CHF 540 million last year. (aw)
