Privera takes over Verit
Privera grows by 150 employees through the acquisition of the real estate management company Verit Immobilien AG.
Privera AG is taking over the business activities of Verit Immobilien AG with retroactive effect from July 1, 2024. All Verit locations and employees will be integrated, Privera writes in a press release. As a result, Verit's existing customers will continue to be served by the same mandate managers. Privera will grow by around 150 employees and manage an additional 1,100 properties.
Michael Stucki, CEO of Privera AG, speaks of a "milestone" that will help the company to "further expand its position in the real estate sector and offer future-oriented solutions".
Verit Immobilien had belonged to Avobis since 2021. IB had discussed the purchase here reports. (aw)
