The Ecoreal Investment Foundation has announced that the total assets of the Suissecore Plus investment group increased by CHF 11 million to CHF 1.37 billion in the second quarter of 2024. The investment return for the first nine months of the current financial year is 2.32%. This is made up of the return on income of 2.10% and the return on changes in value - the unrealized capital gain - of 0.22%. Ecoreal writes that the return on investment increased slightly compared to the same period of the previous year. By contrast, the rental loss ratio and both operating expense ratios (TER) continued to show a downward trend.

The total assets of the Suisseselect investment group increased by CHF 3 million to CHF 574 million in the second quarter of 2024. The return on investment for the first nine months of the current financial year is 3.04%, which also corresponds to the return on income. Interest-bearing liabilities were reduced by CHF 2.7 million to CHF 9.3 million. The debt financing ratio is now 1.65%. It is also pleasing to note that both the rental loss ratio and the two operating expense ratios (TER) are lower than in the same period of the previous year. (aw)
