Immofonds suburban plans capital increase
The fund intends to raise up to CHF 20 million for acquisitions, investments in existing properties and to reduce debt.
The fund management company Immofonds Asset Management AG is planning a capital increase of around CHF 15 to 20 million for Immofonds Suburban in September. "The aim is to expand the portfolio and drive forward the sustainable development of the existing properties in line with the defined ESG strategy," Immofonds writes in a press release. The funds raised through the issue of new units with subscription rights for existing unit certificate holders are also earmarked for reducing debt. (aw)
