Immo Helvetic with higher half-year profit
Without any significant changes in the CHF 1.6 billion portfolio, rental income increased slightly. Unrealized capital gains also had a noticeable impact on the overall result.
The Immo Helvetic fund managed by Berninvest increased rental income from CHF 32.2 million to around CHF 34 million in the first half of the year. Net income and realized income improved from CHF 20.2 million to CHF 22.3 million. As there were also unrealized capital gains of around CHF 1 million, total income rose even more significantly, from CHF 20.2 million to CHF 23.3 million.
The fund's debt financing ratio fell slightly year-on-year from 29.52 to 27.19%. However, financing costs rose from CHF 2.5 million to CHF 3.5 million.
There were no major changes to the portfolio. Total fund assets increased slightly from CHF 1.61 billion to CHF 1.69 billion. There were no sales. On the acquisitions side, the exercise of the purchase right agreement for the Brüelmatte Süd project in Reiden was reported, and the fund also acquired the commercial property Im Grund 16 in Baden.
