SPGI and Partner Real Estate merge to form SPG Partner
The new company has offices in Zurich, Basel, Lausanne and Geneva and will be the exclusive partner of Cushman Wakefield in Switzerland.
From the beginning of October, SPGI Geneva and SPGI Lausanne and Partner Real Estate will operate under the name SPG Partner. The merged company will offer real estate consulting and brokerage services with a nationwide reach. In addition, SPG Partner has signed an exclusive agreement with Cushman & Wakefield and now acts as its exclusive alliance partner for German-speaking and French-speaking Switzerland. SPG Partner has four offices in Zurich, Basel, Lausanne and Geneva and employs around 40 real estate specialists. Urs Küng and Abi Pranjes are the joint managing directors of the SPG Partner branch in Zurich, while Grégory Grobon heads the branches in Geneva and Lausanne. (bw)
