UBS plans capital increase for residential fund

The UBS (CH) Property Fund - Direct Residential is planning a capital increase with subscription rights of around CHF 70 million at the end of October/beginning of November. The new funds are earmarked for the purchase of properties, the financing of renovations and construction projects and the repayment of debt financing.
The fund invests in residential buildings with a focus on agglomeration regions throughout Switzerland. (aw)
