Raiffeisen: Capital increase starts at the beginning of September
If all shares are subscribed, the issue will raise slightly more than CHF 47 million.
The Raiffeisen Futura Immo Fund has set September 4 to 26 as the period for its announced capital increase. A maximum of 493,058 units are to be issued as part of the issue, as the fund management company Verit Investment Management has now announced. At a subscription price of CHF 95.79 net, this would mean a volume of a good CHF 47 million. Eight existing units entitle the holder to subscribe to one new unit. The payment is scheduled to take place on September 26.
Raiffeisen made its first announcement on the capital increase in July (IB reported). (aw)
