Hälg & Co. AG takes over Caspar Haustechnik
As a result of the takeover, Hälg grows in Central Grisons and gains its fifth branch in the canton.
As of January 1, 2025, Caspar Haustechnik AG will be integrated into Hälg & Co. AG as of January 1, 2025. Bruno Dedual, the previous main shareholder and Managing Director, will then lead Hälg & Co. AG Tinizong as branch manager. The company has nine employees.
With the new branch in Mittelbünden, Hälg is expanding its presence in Graubünden to a total of five locations and closing the geographical gap between Lantsch/Lenz and Samedan. (aw)
