Immofonds Suburban: New issue to comprise 14.4 million francs
The fund has set September 10 as the start date for the capital increase.
Immofonds Suburban intends to launch the previously announced capital increase on September 10. The issue volume is now set at a maximum of CHF 14.4 million. The issue price is CHF 108.00 and up to 672,213 shares are to be issued. Payment is planned for September 20. The issue proceeds will be used to reduce debt and acquire additional properties. The implementation of further ESG measures is also planned.
When the capital increase was first announced, the fund stated the maximum volume as CHF 20 million (IB reported). (aw)
