Procimmo plans capital increase for Lemanic Fund
The issue will begin in the next few days and is expected to raise up to CHF 30 million.
The Procimmo Residential Lemanic Fund intends to raise CHF 30 million as part of a capital increase. A total of up to 217,511 new shares are to be issued at a price of CHF 138.15. The subscription period begins on September 10. The fund management company intends to use the fresh funds to acquire further properties and continue investing in development projects. (aw)
