Procimmo: Lemanic Fund raises 30 million

The first capital increase since the change in fund management was fully subscribed.

The asset manager Procimmo SA has raised CHF 30 million for the "Procimmo Residential Lemanic Fund", which corresponds to the issue of 217,511 new units. The capital increase was fully subscribed.

The subscription period ran from September 10 to 20 and the payment of the new shares will take place on September 27.

"This first capital increase since Procimmo took over the management of the 'Procimmo Residential Lemanic Fund' shows the confidence in the efforts to reposition and restructure the portfolio," says fund manager Richard Dahdah. The funds raised will be used for acquisitions and project financing". (aw)
