Raiffeisen Futura completes issue
The fund's capital increase reached its issue target in full and raised a good 47 million.
The Raiffeisen Futura Immo Fund has completed its latest capital increase. As announced by the fund management company Verit Investment Management AG, all units were subscribed, raising CHF 47.2 million. The proceeds from the issue will be used to further expand the portfolio.
A total of 493,058 new shares were issued at a subscription ratio of 8:1 for CHF 95.79 net. The new shares will be paid out on September 26. "The capital increase met with great interest from existing investors and we were once again able to attract new investors," says Verit CEO Bernhard Klöpfer. (aw)
