Procimmo increases profit in H1
Operating income increased by 5% due to higher rental income. Net profit also improved compared to the same period of the previous year.
In the first half of 2024, the operating income of Procimmo Group SA increased by 5% to CHF 16.2 million. The increase was mainly due to higher rental income from investment properties and higher one-off administrative income, as the company reported. The operating result increased from CHF 9.2 million to CHF 9.5 million and net profit improved from CHF 7.7 million to CHF 8.2 million. Equity fell slightly to CHF 51.3 million (end of 2023: CHF 52.1 million). (aw)
