Procimmo RE SICAV increases earnings after merger

According to Procimmo, the merger to form the Real Estate SICAV has created synergies and increased earnings. According to the first annual report, the overall result was positive, but strongly influenced by devaluations. A new capital increase is expected to bring in around CHF 100 million.
