Bonhôte Immobilier: Capital increase completed
The issue target was slightly exceeded. The funds will flow primarily into a project in Neuchâtel.
According to the fund management company, the capital increase of Bonhôte-Immobilier SICAV has been completed. The target of CHF 93 million was slightly exceeded. The total amount raised ultimately amounted to almost CHF 95 million. "This success is proof of the trust placed in Bonhôte-Immobilier SICAV by shareholders and new investors," writes the fund management company in a press release.
The capital raised will be used for the initial phase of construction work on the "Concept B.180" project in Neuchâtel, the continuation of investments, the renovation of the real estate portfolio and the maintenance of the debt level.
The new shares were paid out on September 26, 2024. The real estate portfolio of Bonhôte-Immobilier SICAV currently has a total value of over CHF 1.3 billion. (aw)
