Dominicé : Issue for acquisitions in Versoix and Lausanne
The Swiss Property Fund's CHF 57 million issue is intended to raise funds for two residential properties and seven projects.
The Dominicé Swiss Property Fund announces its next capital increase. The issue is scheduled to run from October 21 to 30 and will raise CHF 57.35 million. The funds are primarily earmarked for acquisitions.
The fund intends to acquire two residential buildings in Versoix and Lausanne for a total of CHF 39 million. The proceeds will also flow into seven construction and renovation projects. These have a combined investment volume of CHF 21 million and a return on investment (ROI) of 4.70%. The capital increase will also serve to reduce the fund's debt ratio to between 27 and 29%. (aw)
