Good Buildings: Fund plans issue
The capital increase is expected to raise 38 million Swiss francs for a residential and an office project.
The Good Buildings Swiss Real Estate Fund is planning a capital increase in November. Berninvest AG, the fund management company, has announced that it plans to issue 300,000 units. The issue is expected to raise CHF 38 million.
The additional equity will reportedly be used to finance additional new construction projects. One of these is a residential development in the canton of Fribourg and the other is an office building. The rental agreement has been concluded with a single tenant for 30 years. The contracts for both new construction projects are to be signed by the end of November 2024. (aw)
