Cronos: Contribution in kind for Immo Fund

Cronos Finance SA, the fund management company of the Cronos Immo Fund, announces the issue of new shares worth almost CHF 40 million for the real estate fund. The payment and listing of the 363,228 shares is announced for October 15. This new issue is part of a contribution in kind through which the fund is acquiring "a portfolio of buildings in first-class city centers in the canton of Vaud". (aw)
