Swissinvest: Issue starts at the beginning of November
Pensimo has now announced that up to CHF 56.5 million will be raised from the issue.
Pensimo Fondsleitung AG is carrying out a capital increase of up to CHF 56.4 million for the listed real estate fund Swissinvest Real Estate Fund from November 4 to 15, 2024. The issue will be carried out on a commission basis ("best-effort" basis) as part of a public subscription offer in Switzerland. As part of the capital measure, 15 subscription rights entitle the holder to subscribe to one new share at an issue price of CHF 160. The shares are to be paid out on November 22.
The proceeds of the issue are earmarked for acquisitions, investments in new construction projects, financing ongoing projects and refurbishments as well as for the repayment of debt financing. Pensimo had already announced in September that a capital increase was planned for the fourth quarter (IB reported). (aw)
