Fonds Immobilier Romand increases rental income
For the 2023/24 financial year, the fund is reporting significantly higher rental income, a slight improvement in realized income and a considerable increase in total income.

In the past financial year (reporting date: June 30), Fonds Immobilier Romand increased its rental income by 4.6% to CHF 80.4 million and its total assets by 5.5TP3T to CHF 1.65 billion. However, the rental loss rate also increased (from 1.8% to 2.4%), which the fund management explains as a result of vacancies in connection with the marketing of the "Osiris" project in Echallens. The debt ratio also increased slightly from 12.52% to 13.71%. Realized income improved from CHF 34.1 million to CHF 34.3 million and total income rose significantly from CHF 64.2 million to CHF 82.7 million. The latter is due to the significantly better valuation result (+48.4 million, up from 30.1 million). The overall performance of +13.55% was above the benchmark index (+10.65%).
The fund has set itself the goal of achieving a real estate portfolio value of CHF 2 billion by 2030. (aw)
