Intershop places green bond
By issuing the fixed-interest bond, the company is raising 100 million Swiss francs for 1.5%.

At the end of October, Intershop Holding AG placed a fixed-interest bond with a volume of CHF 100 million. The coupon is 1.5 % and the term is five years. "The capital raised will be used to finance and refinance the sustainable development and refurbishment of properties in accordance with the Green Bond Framework," Intershop announced.
The placement was coordinated by UBS and Zürcher Kantonalbank as joint lead managers and Basler Kantonalbank as co-manager. The bond is to be listed on the Six Swiss Exchange.
In mid-2024, Intershop's portfolio comprised a total of 44 properties with a rentable area of around 524,000 sqm and a market value of around CHF 1.4 billion. (aw)
