SSREI: Cooperation with SFGM
The automated sustainability assessment using the SSREI tool draws on data provided by the Swiss Facility Management Agency.
The SSREI portfolio assessment tool for evaluating the sustainability of existing Swiss properties has been largely automated, according to the SSREI managers. Cooperation with the Swiss Facility Management Agency has made an important contribution to this, they say. The collaboration concerns the collection of publicly available data. The relevant building and location data is now provided using the EGID number (Swiss Federal Building Identifier). This includes information on monument protection, basic services, contaminated sites, exposure to radon, noise and natural hazards, renewable energy potential, public transport connections and the distance to municipal waste collection points.
