Procimmo SICAV: Issue to raise 100 million francs
The capital increase will run from November 11 to 22. Procimmo speaks of "opportunities on the transaction market".
The Procimmo Real Estate SICAV intends to raise around CHF 100 million in the forthcoming capital increase. According to the asset manager, 698,067 new shares are to be issued. The subscription period begins on November 11 and ends on November 22. The payment of the new shares is announced for November 29. The fresh capital is earmarked for "opportunities on the transaction market" and development projects.
With gross assets of around CHF 1.9 billion and just over 100 buildings, the Swiss Commercial Fund sub-fund of Procimmo Real Estate SICAV is the largest real estate fund in Switzerland with a focus on industry, commerce and logistics. (aw)
