Hälg expands in Toggenburg
The Hälg Group grows in the canton of St. Gallen through the acquisition of a building technology specialist with 28 employees.
The Hälg Group has acquired Oberhänsli AG Gebäudetechnik in Bütschwil. According to the press release, the company will initially continue to operate under its current company name and will be integrated into Hälg & Co. AG as of January 1, 2026. The new Hälg subsidiary has 28 employees. "With the branch in Bütschwil, the Hälg Group is strengthening its presence in Toggenburg," writes Hälg.
