Swissinvest: Issue fully subscribed
The most recent capital increase of the Pensimo real estate fund Swissinvest raised CHF 56.4 million for acquisitions and other investments.
Pensimo Fondsleitung AG has carried out the announced capital increase for the listed real estate fund Swissinvest Real Estate Fund. The fund received new money in the amount of CHF 56.4 million, which corresponds to a subscription ratio of 100%. The issue took place from November 4 to 15 and 352,395 new units were issued at an issue price of CHF 160.00 net. The new units will be paid out on November 22.
According to Pensimo, the proceeds from the issue will be used for acquisitions, for investments in projects, to finance ongoing projects and refurbishments and to repay debt financing. (aw)
