Good Buildings: Fund raises 38.1 million in issue
The fund managed by Berninvest is investing the fresh funds in new construction projects in the cantons of Fribourg and Aargau.

The Good Buildings Swiss Real Estate Fund has completed its latest capital increase. According to Berninvest, the fund management company, the subscription rights were fully subscribed. As a result of the issue, the fund will receive new money in the maximum amount of CHF 38.1 million.
The subscription period lasted from November 11 to 19 and was carried out by means of a rights offering. "The low trading volume of subscription rights confirms the broad support of existing investors for the fund strategy and the use of the additional funds," writes the fund management company. The new units will be paid out on November 29.
Acquisitions in Fribourg and Aargau
The new funds will be used for two acquired new construction projects. These include a residential development in the canton of Fribourg, for which the contracts were signed on November 15. The purchase agreement and the rental agreement with a term of 30 years for the service building in the canton of Aargau are to be signed on November 27. A notarized preliminary agreement has already been notarized. (aw)
