Akara Fund raises 40 million francs in issue

Half of the maximum possible number of shares were subscribed in the fund's 13th capital increase.

The real estate fund Akara Swiss Diversity Property Fund PK has completed its 13th capital increase in the amount of CHF 40.0 million. The subscription period lasted from November 11 to 29 and the capital increase was carried out on a "best effort" basis. A total of 34,772 shares were subscribed. The issue price was CHF 1,151.11 net per share. The new shares will be paid out on December 13. According to the fund management company, Swiss Prime Site Solutions, the investor base has been further expanded.

The fund intends to use the fresh capital to further develop its portfolio and realize construction projects. When the issue was first announced in mid-October, SPS Solutions had forecast a range of CHF 50 to 80 million (IB reported). (aw)
