FLM: New investment foundation announces first issue

Losinger Marazzi's first investment group aims to raise CHF 100 million in an initial financing round and is focusing on climate friendliness.

The Fondation de placement Losinger Marazzi (FLM) is launching its first investment group. It bears the name "FLM for climate-friendly real estate" and promotes properties to investors that are characterized by "energy-efficient construction, sustainable materials and a minimal CO2 footprint". According to the press release, the first issue will be launched in the first quarter of 2025 and the initial portfolio will include first-class projects that meet the aforementioned criteria, both residential and commercial properties. Following the initial issue, the first new construction project that has already been approved for construction is set to begin.

According to FLM, the expected subscription period for the initial issue will begin on January 27 and last until March 28. The target volume is CHF 100 million. The investment foundation was established in September 2023. (aw)
