In a preliminary announcement for the 2024 financial year, Plazza reports that the operating result before depreciation, amortization and revaluation will most likely be at the upper end of the previously expected range of CHF 10 to 15 % above the previous year's figure of CHF 21.2 million. The result reflects the already forecast growth in real estate income and thus also the letting of the first stage of the construction project in Crissier. In addition, Plazza expects a significant revaluation gain in the second half of 2024 thanks to the progress made in development and operation.

Plazza also announces that planning permission has been granted for the renovation of the "Im Tiergarten" residential complex. The property is to be renovated in an inhabited state from next year.

Plazza has announced the detailed results for March 5. (aw)
