Assetimmo: New Head of Portfolio Management

Lucas Schlageter will take over as Head of Portfolio and Asset Management at Assetimmo on January 1. In his last position as Head of Portfolio Management and member of the Executive Board at Helvetica Property Investors AG, he was responsible for a real estate portfolio worth CHF 2 billion. Schlageter is a lawyer and holds an MAS in Real Estate and a CAS in Real Estate Finance. He is also a certified real estate valuer. Schlageter succeeds Sylke Wich-Glasen. According to a company press release, she is leaving Assetimmo at her own request on February 28, 2025 - "after more than three successful years and an extended period of travel".

Christian Felker, previously Portfolio Manager, has already left the company. As Assetimmo writes, he will be taking on a management role with another employer in the new year. He will be succeeded by Aita Caviezel from February 1. She was Head of Real Estate Development and a member of the Real Estate Management Board at BLS AG and was responsible for owner consulting and project development at DXMA AG. The ETH architect began her career with a CAS in Sustainable Development from the University of Bern at Wüest Partner AG in Bern. Caviezel is also a lecturer at the SVIT Real Estate School and a member of the Board of Trustees of BLS Historic. (aw)
