Investis makes further purchases and extends credit lines

According to its own figures, the company's purchases amounted to almost 300 million Swiss francs in the second half of the year. In addition, credit lines were extended by 225 million.

Investis announces further property acquisitions. Residential properties have been acquired in prime locations in the canton of Vaud, including in the Lausanne conurbation, in the city itself and in Montreux. The properties are located in the immediate vicinity of important facilities such as the train station, schools and shopping facilities. Investis puts the gross yield of the properties at over 4.3 %. The target rental income is CHF 6.0 million

Together with the purchases announced by Investis in September, the purchases in the second half of the year total CHF 298 million. Target rental income increased by CHF 16.8 million as a result of the transactions. In addition, Investis says it has extended its credit lines with existing banks by CHF 225 million and now has a financing volume of CHF 600 million.

At the end of the first half of the year, Investis had completed the sale of its services division and thus posted a profit of over CHF 120 million (IB reported). In this context, the company announced that it would focus on expanding its real estate portfolio. (aw)
