Intershop sells in Dielsdorf and Lyss
The company sold two properties at a profit in December and will slightly exceed the forecast for income from sales.

According to Intershop, it made two further acquisitions and two further disposals in December. A total of seven acquisitions and six disposals were made in the 2024 financial year. A further notarized purchase is to be completed in February.
In December, Intershop sold the commercial and warehouse building at Honeywellplatz 1 in Dielsdorf (ZH) and the office, commercial and warehouse building at Industriering 19 and 43 in Lyss (BE) for gross proceeds of CHF 41 million. The development potential of both properties has been exhausted and the sale was made at a profit in each case. According to the information provided, this will lead to a pre-tax profit from sales slightly above the half-year forecast of 10 million to 20 million.
During the same period, Intershop acquired a staff building with a disused hotel at Hohenbühlstrasse 1, 3, 5 in Opfikon (ZH), which will be replaced in the medium term by a new residential development and will be let in its entirety on an interim basis until then. An annual income contribution of CHF 0.6 million is expected. In addition, a logistics and retail building with a land reserve was acquired at Riedmoosstrasse 10, 10a, 12 in Niederwangen (BE). The fully let property with an annual target rent of CHF 2.4 million is part of the "Juch-Hallmatt" development zone, where the new cantonal police center in Bern is being built. "The two properties have considerable potential for development and added value," writes Intershop. In December, Intershop also notarized the purchase of a commercial property in the industrial zone of Kemptthal that is fully let on a long-term lease with a target rental income of CHF 1.0 million.
