Cronos Immo Fund plans capital increase
On February 10, an issue will be launched to raise CHF 69 million.
The fund management company Cronos Finance SA has decided to increase the capital of the Cronos Immo Fund by around CHF 69 million. One share will be issued for eleven existing shares. The subscription period begins on February 10 and ends on February 21. Once the issue has been completed, the shares are scheduled to be paid out on February 28.
According to Cronos Finance, the issue proceeds will mainly be used to finance construction projects, renovate old properties and repay mortgage debt. Additional units can be issued in the form of contributions in kind, the fund management company announced.
