The issue could start at the end of January and reach a volume of CHF 165 million.
Schroder Investment Management has announced that it is considering a capital increase for Schroder Immoplus in the course of the first quarter of 2025. The fund management company expects the issue to take place at the end of January/beginning of February. The issue could have a volume of CHF 165 million.
The fund has reportedly expanded its portfolio by acquiring a large life science property. The acquisition increased the debt ratio to just under 25%.
