Remnex: AST seeks fresh capital for acquisitions

The Investment Foundation plans to open the subscription of new units on January 27. The issue volume is stated at CHF 50 million. The fresh funds will be used to further expand the portfolio, according to a fund update. AST has properties in the pipeline in Ittigen, Regensdorf and Untersiggenthal.
Since its launch, the investment group has created a real estate portfolio with 13 properties and total assets of over CHF 170 million. According to the information provided, the investment foundation intends to exploit "currently attractive market opportunities" with the opening. The "Swiss RE Commercial ECO" investment group invests in commercial and special properties with a focus on special uses such as business parks, industry, logistics, warehouses and energy supply centers. Particular emphasis is placed on flexible utilization options, high diversification of tenants, sectors and regions as well as a target yield of 4.0 to 6.0%. (aw)
