CBRE Switzerland with two new additions

CBRE Switzerland announces two new appointments. Firstly, the consulting firm is strengthening its team with Oliver Specker , a specialist in real estate valuation, transactions and consulting. He began his career as a civil engineer, studied at ETH Zurich and then worked for KPMG for 19 years, most recently as a director in St. Gallen and Zurich. Most recently, he was a partner and head of the real estate division at the fiduciary and consulting firm Altrimo in St. Gallen. Sönke Thiedemann, Head of Valuation at CBRE, emphasizes Specker's network in Eastern Switzerland and his contacts with institutional clients.

Grégoire Schnegg took up his position as Director of Retail Center Management at the beginning of the year. He spent the last ten years as Chief Product Officer Cinema and Head Real Estate at Blue Entertainment AG in Zurich. Prior to this, he was Head of Expansion Switzerland at Denner AG and General Manager at Pathé Switzerland. According to the company, the new appointments are "an important step for CBRE Switzerland to further expand its services in the areas of real estate valuation and center management". (aw)
