Schroder Immoplus: Issue with 175 million francs planned

The management of the real estate fund has specified the details of the planned capital increase and slightly increased the issue target.

The fund management of Schroder Immoplus has announced the exact details of the planned capital increase. The issue is expected to reach a volume of approximately CHF 175 million, as announced by the Board of Directors of Schroder Investment Management (Switzerland) AG. The fund intends to use the proceeds from the issue to partially refinance the purchase of a major life science property and to enable further acquisitions. The remaining proceeds are earmarked for portfolio investments and to strengthen the equity base. Up to around 1.19 million new fund shares are to be issued as part of the capital increase. The capital increase, which will be carried out while preserving the subscription rights of existing investors, is set at 9:1. The subscription price of a share is CHF 148 and the subscription period runs from January 30 to February 7.

In an earlier announcement on the capital increase, an approximate target figure of CHF 165 million was mentioned (IB reported). (aw)
