FLM: Losinger Marazzi investment foundation launches first issue
In a few days, the newly founded AST will be raising capital for a new building in Lucerne. In Geneva, FLM is about to purchase a plot of land.

The Fondation de placement Losinger Marazzi (FLM) is launching the subscription period for the first issue of the "FLM for climate-friendly real estate" investment group on February 10. According to the investment foundation, capital of CHF 100 million is to be raised. The capital will be used for the realization of a new construction project in the Lucerne area with planning permission and for the purchase of an existing property with potential for conversion. Construction of the first new construction project is to begin immediately after completion of the issue and the purchase of the existing property is to be completed. AST is also planning to secure a plot of land in a new development in the canton of Geneva.
The fund focuses on transforming existing properties into climate-friendly properties. The projects are characterized by energy-efficient construction, the use of sustainable materials and a minimal carbon footprint, writes FLM in a press release. The foundation was established in September 2023.
